Your Insurance company requires a thorough estimate of all damage sustained to your vehicle prior to the commencement of repairs. This process may be carried out either by digital assessing where an estimate and images are emailed directly to your insurance company, or by an on-site assessment by the insurance assessor.

Once repairs have been authorised, any parts required will be ordered. Delays of up to 7-15 working days can occur if parts need to come from overseas.

Precision Panelwork will email the assessment to the insurance company

Wait for the repair authorisation from the insurance company

We begin repairs to your vehicle

Completion of repairs and a quality control check is carried out

Pick up of repaired vehicle and payment of excess if required
